1. Digital Products

All products sold on our platform are digital educational courses, delivered online via Thinkific, including:

  • Italian Driving License Patente B Theory Course (Urdu)

  • Italian Language Courses A0 to B1

  • Languages: Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi

    Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

    However, this right does not apply to digital content once access has started, if the customer has given explicit consent.

    By purchasing our courses, you expressly agree that:

    • Access to digital content begins immediately after payment

    • You acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the course content is accessed

    ❌ No Refund After Course Access

    Once you:

    • Access the course

    • Watch videos

    • Open lessons or materials

  3. NO REFUND will be issued.

    This applies to all digital courses without exception.

    4. Before Course Access (Limited Exception)

    If you have not accessed the course at all, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

    Refund approval is subject to verification that:

    • No course content was accessed

    • No materials were downloaded

    • No misuse occurred

    Refunds will not be provided if:

    • Any part of the course has been accessed

    • The request is due to exam failure or personal reasons

    • The user did not understand the language or content

    • The user changed their mind after access
